Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs baby potatoes, halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Air fry for 15 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
- Brush glaze over potatoes and air fry 5 more minutes.
- Serve hot.
