Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut biscuits into small pieces and spread in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Pour egg mixture over biscuits.
- Sprinkle bacon and cheese evenly on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until eggs are set.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
