Description
Healthy and easy beef kofta kebabs served with creamy tzatziki sauce. Perfect for a quick meal.
Ingredients
- 500g ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cucumber, grated
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Mix ground beef, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, pepper, and parsley in a bowl.
- Shape the mixture into small kebabs.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and cook kebabs for 4-5 minutes per side.
- For the tzatziki, mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt.
- Serve kebabs with tzatziki sauce.
Notes
- You can grill the kebabs instead of pan-frying.
- Let the tzatziki chill for 30 minutes before serving for better flavor.
