Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 4 whole wheat burger buns
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced onions and cook until soft.
  3. Sprinkle brown sugar over onions and stir until caramelized.
  4. Mix ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  5. Form into 4 patties.
