A festive and healthy Christmas Funfetti Bread that’s easy to make and perfect for holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix whole wheat flour, almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk applesauce, honey, Greek yogurt, egg, and vanilla.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Fold in sprinkles.
  5. Pour batter into the loaf pan. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
  6. Let cool before slicing.
