Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix cottage cheese, spinach, and eggs in a bowl.
- Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top if using.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
