Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1 tbsp orange zest
  • 3/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Add cranberries and orange zest. Stir to coat.
  4. In another bowl, whisk orange juice, oil, and egg.
  5. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Stir until just mixed.
  6. Pour batter into the loaf pan. Bake for 50-55 minutes.
  7. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
