Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix mashed bananas, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla in a bowl.
- Add almond flour, cinnamon, and salt. Stir until smooth.
- Pour mixture into a lined baking dish.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until set.
- Let cool before slicing into bars.

- Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- For a firmer texture, freeze for 1 hour before serving.
