Ingredients
- 1 cup dried lentils
- 2 cups water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Soak lentils in water for 2 hours.
- Drain and blend lentils with oil and spices.
- Spread mixture thinly on a baking sheet.
- Bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes until crispy.
- Break into chips and cool before serving.
