Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup cauliflower, chopped
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, broccoli, cauliflower, and bell peppers.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Pour the cream mixture over the chicken and vegetables, then stir well.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle cheddar and Parmesan cheese on top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden.
