Ingredients
- 8 oz block of feta cheese, cubed
- 4 oz salami, sliced
- 1/2 cup pickles, sliced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Cut the feta cheese into small cubes.
- Slice the salami and pickles into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes, and black pepper.
- Add the cheese, salami, and pickles to the marinade. Toss gently.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
