Ingredients
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 cup pitted olives, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix flour, salt, and baking powder in a bowl.
- Add olives and stir to combine.
- In another bowl, mix olive oil, water, and honey.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until a dough forms.
- Transfer dough to a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown.

- For extra flavor, add herbs like rosemary or thyme.
