Ingredients
- 1 cup dates (soaked and pitted)
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional for coating)
Instructions
- Blend soaked dates, almond butter, coconut oil, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add sea salt and mix well.
- Scoop small portions and roll into balls.
- Optional: Melt dark chocolate and dip truffles for a coating.
- Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
- For a nut-free version, substitute almond butter with sunflower seed butter.
