Ingredients
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup BBQ sauce (sugar-free if desired)
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Add BBQ sauce, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper.
- Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Shred the chicken with two forks and mix well with the sauce.
- Serve hot or store for later use.
