Description
Healthy and easy-to-make chocolate bombs with a s’mores twist.
Ingredients
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup marshmallow fluff
- 1/4 cup crushed graham ers
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Melt dark chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Pour a thin layer of melted chocolate into silicone molds.
- Add a spoonful of marshmallow fluff and crushed graham ers.
- Cover with more melted chocolate and freeze for 30 minutes.
- Pop out the chocolate bombs and serve.
Notes
- Store in the fridge for up to one week.
- Use dairy-free chocolate for a vegan option.
