Ingredients

  • 2 medium cucumbers (sliced thin)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes)
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds


Instructions

  1. Slice cucumbers thinly and toss with salt. Let sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Rinse cucumbers and pat dry.
  3. Mix all remaining ingredients in a bowl.
  4. Add cucumbers and toss to coat.
  5. Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes.
