A quick and nutritious ramen soup with tender steak, fresh vegetables, and flavorful broth.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz steak (sliced thin)
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 2 packs ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 carrot (julienned)
  • 2 green onions (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp ginger (grated)


Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds.
  3. Pour in beef broth and soy sauce, bring to a simmer.
  4. Add mushrooms and carrots, cook for 3 minutes.
  5. Drop in ramen noodles, cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Stir in spinach and steak slices, cook for 1 minute.
  7. Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
