Description
A quick and nutritious ramen soup with tender steak, fresh vegetables, and flavorful broth.
Ingredients
- 8 oz steak (sliced thin)
- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 packs ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1 carrot (julienned)
- 2 green onions (chopped)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp ginger (grated)
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds.
- Pour in beef broth and soy sauce, bring to a simmer.
- Add mushrooms and carrots, cook for 3 minutes.
- Drop in ramen noodles, cook for 2 minutes.
- Stir in spinach and steak slices, cook for 1 minute.
- Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
Notes
- Use lean steak cuts for lower fat.
- Swap beef broth with vegetable broth for a vegetarian version.
- Add chili flakes for extra heat.
