Ingredients

  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds or walnuts)
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt


Instructions

  1. Soak dates in warm water for 10 minutes, then drain.
  2. Blend dates in a food processor until smooth.
  3. Add tahini, nuts, cocoa powder, vanilla, and salt. Blend again.
  4. Roll mixture into small balls.
  5. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.

Notes
