Description
Healthy and easy-to-make date balls with tahini for a quick energy boost.
Ingredients
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds or walnuts)
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder (optional)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Soak dates in warm water for 10 minutes, then drain.
- Blend dates in a food processor until smooth.
- Add tahini, nuts, cocoa powder, vanilla, and salt. Blend again.
- Roll mixture into small balls.
- Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
- Add more tahini if the mixture is too dry.
- Roll in coconut or cocoa powder for extra flavor.
