Ingredients
- 4 medium onions, peeled and quartered
- 2 tbsp truffle oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried thyme
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss onions with truffle oil, salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Spread evenly on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm.

- Use white or yellow onions for best results.
