  • 500g chicken breast, cubed

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, cumin, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Add chicken cubes and coat evenly. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
