A simple and healthy Turkish chicken kebab recipe, perfect for a quick and delicious meal.
Ingredients
- 500g chicken breast, cubed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, cumin, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
- Add chicken cubes and coat evenly. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread chicken, bell pepper, and onion onto skewers.
- Grill or cook in a pan over medium heat for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Serve hot with salad or flatbread.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before using to prevent burning.
