Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 can (5 oz) tuna in water, drained
- 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp chopped red onion
- 1 tbsp chopped celery
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits.
- In a bowl, mix the chopped eggs, tuna, Greek yogurt, mustard, lemon juice, red onion, and celery.
- Season with salt and pepper.
