Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 can (5 oz) tuna, drained
- 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp chopped red onion
- 1 tbsp chopped celery
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits.
- Scoop out a small amount of flesh to create more space for the filling.
- In a bowl, mix chopped eggs, tuna, Greek yogurt, mustard, lemon juice, red onion, and celery.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Spoon the mixture into the avocado halves.
