Ingredients
- 1 cup egg whites
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix egg whites, almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add water and stir until smooth.
- Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before slicing.
