Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp espresso powder
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Mix oats, protein powder, espresso powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Roll into small balls and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Store in an airtight container.
