  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions
