Description

Ingredients

  • 6 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder


Instructions

  1. Add potatoes, onion, and chicken broth to the crock pot.
  2. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours.
  3. Use a potato masher to break down some of the potatoes for thickness.
  4. Stir in heavy cream, cheese, bacon, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
