Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked fava beans
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp tahini (optional)


Instructions

  1. Blend fava beans, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and cumin until smooth.
  2. Add salt and adjust seasoning as needed.
  3. Mix in chopped parsley and tahini if using.
  4. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and garnish with extra parsley.
