Ingredients
- 2 lbs baby potatoes, halved
- 6 slices bacon, chopped
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and rosemary.
- Spread potatoes on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle chopped bacon over potatoes.
- Roast for 30 minutes.
- Drizzle honey over potatoes and roast for 10 more minutes.
