Ingredients

  • 4 tilapia fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp capers, drained
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add tilapia fillets and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until flaky.
  3. Remove tilapia from skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  5. Pour in lemon juice and capers, simmer for 2 minutes.
  6. Return tilapia to skillet, spoon sauce over fillets.
  7. Sprinkle with parsley, pepper, and salt.
  8. Serve immediately.
