Instructions

  1. Blend cottage cheese, eggs, oats, honey, vanilla, baking powder, and salt until smooth.
  2. Heat oil or butter in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Pour 1/4 cup batter per pancake.
  4. Cook 2-3 minutes until bubbles form.
