Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix coconut flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Whisk eggs, almond milk, and melted coconut oil in another bowl.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, stirring until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool before slicing.
