Description

A simple and healthy garlic bread made with olive oil and roasted garlic. Perfect as a side dish or snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 large whole wheat baguette
  • 4 cloves roasted garlic
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the baguette in half lengthwise.
  3. In a small bowl, mash the roasted garlic and mix with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the garlic mixture evenly on both halves of the baguette.
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
  6. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
