A simple and healthy baked cod recipe with garlic butter sauce.
Ingredients
- 4 cod fillets (6 oz each)
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp parsley, chopped
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat cod fillets dry and place on a baking sheet.
- Mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Brush the mixture over the cod fillets.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until fish flakes easily.
- Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
