Description
A flavorful and healthy twist on Brazilian steak with garlic butter.
Ingredients
- 1 lb flank steak
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Season the steak with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Sear the steak for 4-5 minutes per side.
- Remove steak and let it rest.
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Slice the steak and drizzle with garlic butter.
- Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
Notes
- Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Adjust garlic to taste.
- Use grass-fed beef for better flavor.
