Description
A quick and healthy dish featuring tender shrimp rolled in a garlic butter sauce, served with a spicy Cajun dip.
Ingredients
- 1 lb (450g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, olive oil, paprika, cayenne, oregano, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
- Toss shrimp in the garlic butter mixture until fully coated.
- Roll each shrimp tightly and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until shrimp turn pink and opaque.
- While shrimp bake, mix Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and Cajun seasoning for the dip.
- Serve shrimp roll-ups hot with Cajun dip and garnish with fresh parsley.
Notes
- Use fresh shrimp for best texture.
- Adjust cayenne pepper for more or less heat.
- Can be served as an appetizer or main dish.
