Description

Juicy steak bites cooked in garlic butter and served with creamy parmesan pasta shells for a quick, delicious meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cubed
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz pasta shells
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Cook pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak bites, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
  3. Reduce heat to medium. Add butter and minced garlic to the skillet. Stir for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and parmesan, stirring until the sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Add cooked pasta shells to the skillet and toss to coat evenly.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with extra parmesan if desired.
