Description
Juicy steak bites cooked in garlic butter and served with creamy parmesan pasta shells for a quick, delicious meal.
Ingredients
- 1 lb sirloin steak, cubed
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 oz pasta shells
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Cook pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak bites, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Reduce heat to medium. Add butter and minced garlic to the skillet. Stir for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and parmesan, stirring until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Add cooked pasta shells to the skillet and toss to coat evenly.
- Serve warm, garnished with extra parmesan if desired.
Notes
- Use room-temperature steak for even cooking.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
