Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs, skinless and boneless
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sear the chicken thighs for 2 minutes per side.
- Place the chicken in the crock pot.
- Add minced garlic and chicken broth.
- Cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours.
