Ingredients
- 500g baby potatoes, halved
- 200g mushrooms, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Toss potatoes, mushrooms, garlic, olive oil, rosemary, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 30-35 minutes, stirring halfway, until potatoes are golden and tender.
- Serve warm.
