Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix ground beef, parmesan, garlic, bacon, cheddar, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Shape mixture into small balls (about 1.5 inches in diameter).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Brown the meatballs on all sides, about 2 minutes per side.
- Transfer to a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
- Serve warm.
