Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, parmesan, garlic, onion powder, black pepper, salt, egg, and breadcrumbs.
  3. Shape the mixture into 12 small balls.
  4. Press cheddar cheese into the center of each ball and reshape to seal.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet and lightly brown the balls on all sides.
  6. Transfer to a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until fully cooked.
  7. Serve warm.
