Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz whole wheat pasta
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup low-fat milk
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and cook chicken until no longer pink.
- Add garlic, basil, salt, and pepper to the pan.
- Stir in chicken broth, milk, and parmesan cheese.
- Combine cooked pasta with the chicken mixture.
- Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.
- Serve hot.
