Ingredients
- 2 large onions, sliced into rings
- 1 cup gluten-free flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 cup almond milk (or any plant-based milk)
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Slice onions into rings and separate them.
- In a bowl, mix gluten-free flour, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Add almond milk and apple cider vinegar to the dry ingredients, whisk until smooth.
- Dip onion rings into the batter, then coat with gluten-free breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry onion rings until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
