Ingredients

  • 12 oz cheese tortellini
  • 1 lb lean steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan. Add steak and cook until browned.
  4. Add marinara sauce, garlic powder, basil, salt, and pepper to the steak. Stir well.
