Description
Delicious and healthy mozzarella-filled biscuit bombs that are gooey on the inside and crispy on the outside.
Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup low-fat milk
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add milk and olive oil, then stir until combined.
- Divide the dough into 6 equal portions.
- Place a spoonful of mozzarella in the center of each portion.
- Fold the dough around the cheese and seal tightly.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
