Description

Delicious and healthy mozzarella-filled biscuit bombs that are gooey on the inside and crispy on the outside.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup low-fat milk
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Add milk and olive oil, then stir until combined.
  4. Divide the dough into 6 equal portions.
  5. Place a spoonful of mozzarella in the center of each portion.
  6. Fold the dough around the cheese and seal tightly.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
