Ingredients
- 500g chicken breast, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 whole wheat pitas
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cucumber, grated
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 tomato, sliced
Instructions
- Mix chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cook chicken in a pan over medium heat for 6-8 minutes.
- Combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, lemon juice, minced garlic, and salt for tzatziki.
- Warm pitas slightly.
- Assemble gyros with chicken, tzatziki, lettuce, and tomato.

- Marinate chicken for extra flavor.
- Use full-fat Greek yogurt for creamier tzatziki.
