Ingredients

  • 500g chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 4 whole wheat pitas
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cucumber, grated
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1 tomato, sliced


Instructions

  1. Mix chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cook chicken in a pan over medium heat for 6-8 minutes.
  3. Combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, lemon juice, minced garlic, and salt for tzatziki.
  4. Warm pitas slightly.
  5. Assemble gyros with chicken, tzatziki, lettuce, and tomato.
