Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine Greek yogurt, avocado, dill, parsley, lemon juice, and garlic in a blender or food processor.
- Blend until smooth.
- Drizzle in olive oil while blending to emulsify.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
