Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup diced green chiles
  • 1 cup shredded low-fat cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 6 whole wheat tortillas, cut into strips
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix chicken, green chiles, yogurt, broth, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Layer half the tortilla strips in a greased baking dish.
  4. Spread half the chicken mixture over the tortillas.
