Ingredients
- 500g chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix chicken pieces with olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Grill the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- In another bowl, combine Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, and parsley to make the sauce.
- Serve the grilled chicken bites with the creamy garlic sauce on the side.
