Ingredients

  • 500g chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix chicken pieces with olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  3. Grill the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side until fully cooked.
