Ingredients
- 2 heads of romaine lettuce, halved lengthwise
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush romaine halves with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Grill romaine for 2-3 minutes per side until slightly charred.
- Transfer to a plate and top with Parmesan, cherry tomatoes, and balsamic glaze.
- Serve immediately.
