Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Wooden or metal skewers
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread shrimp onto skewers.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, melted butter, lemon juice, zest, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the shrimp skewers evenly with the sauce.
- Grill for 2-3 minutes per side until shrimp turn pink and opaque.
- Serve immediately with extra lemon wedges.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
- You can marinate the shrimp for 15-30 minutes for extra flavor.
